Do I need land before I call you?

No! In fact, calling us *before* you buy land can save you thousands. We can help you spot issues with lot grading, servicing, or zoning that a realtor might miss.

What is a "Fixed-Price" contract?

Unlike "Cost-Plus" (where you pay for every hour and material markup), we give you a set price for the scope of work. If we miscalculate lumber costs, that's our problem, not yours.

What if I already have an architect?
