The project was finished on time and our family absolutely loves the beautifully designed home in Montgomery. It was a dream come true for my wife and I, and we plan to be in this house for many years as our kids grow up.
Throughout the building process, the team at Bright Custom Homes was a delight to work with. They were responsive, both during the build phase and also after we took possession. They were flexible with our last minute requests, and went over and above to meet our needs. For example, after the framing was already done, we requested that they add a small office space where a large walk-in closet was. The team didn’t object at all, and they made it happen. Custom Bright Homes hit their timelines and were very accommodating to us throughout the entire process; they displayed a high level of professionalism.

purchased a new infill home from Bright Custom Homes in mid-2022. I absolutely love the final product, and I believe I have something that is both beautiful and unique to what I saw on market prior to my purchase.
They were very easy to work with from offer through close, and continuing through their warranty support.
They have access to fantastic tradespeople, with the work being of incredibly high quality. Since possession, I've only had minimal issues that were quickly resolved.
Where I'd like to see improvements from them as they continue to grow their business, is through maturing how they present scope and schedule - with an incredible amount of detail going into building a home, these items were at times less defined.
With that said, they do an outstanding job of establishing creditability, evidenced by their work. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new infill. 5-stars.
