Speak to differentiators in the home. Think, what makes this property unique?
To differentiate ourselves from what was available in the marketplace we decided to create a color palette that was not in every cookie cutter infill. This palette contains rich brown oak cabinets and floors. To balance the rich tones, we used simpler tiles to not take away from the primary focus of the space.
