Before the pandemic, this was our first attempt at creating a modern farmhouse interior. The main floor has white oak flooring with a darker walnut island to mix in a darker wood element to stay true to the farmhouse style. The fireplace has a unique raked concrete finish to bring in different materials that are natural, but also, aesthetically subtle and timeless. The ensuite is covered with dark glazed subway tiles to add warmth and uniqueness to the space.
